My stay at the Omni Hotel was a mix of great service and some challenges. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making our group feel well taken care of. However, the mattress in my room left much to be desired, resulting in a rather uncomfortable night's sleep. Overall, the location is excellent, but the room quality needs attention.
